JerseyPeeps  User accounts

    • If you are a JerseyPeeps user, please ensure your details are present and correct any misleading or incorrect information, including false accounts will be deleted and your I.P details stored for future reference.
    • User details should include your real name, anyone knowingly using an others name or using a false name will have their account deleted and will not be able to create a new account.
    • Creating more than one account for personal use or take advantage in our online competitions is not allowed and will result in you being banned from our social network.

JerseyPeeps  Competitions / Activity points

  • JerseyPeeps runs a monthly competition based on our activity points system, where users are rewarded points for making post etc on our social website. This competition will be run on a monthly basis with no guarantees of prizes being available on a monthly basis. Should any prize giving be cancelled or a prize be unsatisfactory to the winner upon the safe return of products given as prizes,  all purchased points will be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or delete users points for spamming or bringing the competition into disrepute by cheating or foul play.
  • Activity Points can be securely purchased via PayPal no refunds are available once you have purchased activity points.
  • If you register as a business you will be deactivated as a activity points user. To take part create a normal account under your name.
  • Business users are not included in our points system ( a business user is a user who has used a business name upon sign up )
  •  Users can not create multiple or false accounts to add as friends.
  • Only add friends that you know personally
  • Spamming will not be tolerated, this includes creating multiple groups over a short time period
  • Any breach of the above terms or the terms of our main website will result in all points be removed or even having your account deleted and I.P and email recorded.
  • JerseyPeeps has the right to change these terms at any given occasion.
  • Points purchase via PayPal are not refundable unless under certain circumstances.
  • Any groups created and not used, left dormant for a period of 14 days or not administered in an appropriate manner will be deleted with out prior warning and points deducted.
  • Max of two groups per user, this is in place to stop abuse of the groups system and to stop neglect of groups by the owners. Any groups not moderated or used for a one month period will be deleted.
